Reading Specialist Evaluation Form
Introduction
In the fall of 2020, I took the course Education 749: Strengthening Professional Practice. As a part of this course we needed to have an onsite supervisor. My supervisor within my school district was our district's Instructional Leader. The evaluation form contains the Wisconsin Administrator standards and we are required to provide evidence of each standard being observed.
Wisconsin Administrator Standards:

Completing the Reading Specialist Evaluation Form with my onsite supervisor was a valuable experience. First, this ensured that I documented a variety of ways that I was able to provide evidence for each of the Wisconsin Administrator Standards. Second, this helped me to see areas that I could continue to grow and develop as I pursue future leadership roles. These standards are great things to keep in mind as I expand my knowledge base as a literacy leader and as a leader within my school.
